Born and raised in Atlanta, GA. and the metro area, Phillip graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Marketing and minor in Advertising. Phillip was a leader at an early age from being elected Executive Vice President of the Student Body, Chairman of the Finance Committee, Fee Committee, Rho Epsilon, Senator to the College of Business, Who’s Who Among Students In American Universities & Colleges, Vice President of Sigma Nu Fraternity, Rush Chairman, Historian, IFC Scholastic Award, Egaliston & Scottish Rite Children's Hospital Volunteer and so much more.
Employed by Cushman & Wakefield Commercial Real Estate Brokerage, he moved into Telecommunications with Executone Information Systems as a Sales Representative where he was promoted to Sales Manger in just 4 years and then Recruited by Burnup & Sims Communication Services, then Recruited to Mastec Comtec, next Recruited to Key Services and finally Recruited to Fujitsu Business Communications Systems. He also spent time in Medical Sales with The Care Group and purchased Independent Service Center as one of his many Real Estate Investments. He has owned as many as seven residential homes at one time and currently own four residential properties.
Returning to full time Real Estate approximately ten years ago after having managed his own properties and rental property for others for approximately twenty years while working full time, Phillip has currently partnered with Solid Source of Georgia to Consult, Market, Sale, Manage, Represent Buyers, Sellers & Investors in Real Estate transactions. Having been a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors, selected to the Agent Leadership Council,
some of the awards Phillip has received were: Million $$ Club for Listings, Agent of the Month for Contracts Written, Volume Individual Awards, Agent of the Month New Listings, Volume Individual Awards and Agent of the Month New Listings, Units Individual Awards. His continuing education includes Licensed Broker, ABR (Authorized Buyer Representative) and various other certifications and classifications.
